The 124-acre property features a 6,875 square-foot Estate House nestled at the base of the hills, from which guests can savor panoramic views of the Sonoma Valley. The project also included 12,000 square feet of caves for barrel storage, tours, private dining, and events, and 7,500 square-foot production facility designed to produce up to 15,000 cases per year.
