Augie’s Authentic Montreal Smoke Meat is a Canadian family deli specializing in Montreal Smoke Meat sandwiches, Quebecois poutine and home-made Polish dill pickles.

In response for the SFO International Terminal RFP, we developed the concept design for Augie’s Authentic Montreal Smoke Meat. The space is a modern twist on the classic Montréal Smoke Meat Deli.
